For so many great harness racing people, it’s amazing to think it’s almost 12 months since the “2020 APG NATIONAL MIXED SALE” that attracted so much attention and excitement for the sport.  The tremendous news is that the 2021 version promises to be a  “Great Success”  ( in more ways than one) and more appealing due to the fact we had well over 200 entries submitted. With the very positive outlook in most harness racing heartlands in 2021, we are certainly optimistic about the year ahead.

When we spoke to Michael Taylor a loyal, active breeder and owners representative of the U36 stallion Great Success , he told us, “Great Success has already a very respectable 8 x  $100,000 plus winners to date from very limited crops here in the Southern hemisphere.  We believe he needs a fresh start at a new home where he deserves a much stronger and bigger book for the up and coming breeding season. Let’s not forget Pleasing Lady (half-sister of Great Success) is the dam of the North American star Six Pack that set a World Record time of 1:49.1 for a 3Yo trotter. He now stands for $10,000 US at Deo Volente Farms alongside Lazarus.

Also of note is the truly wonderful families that are available in this sale. We have some magnificent representation from the very best Australian and New Zealand families and the depth in the North American families is astonishing.
