Welcome to the Australian Pacing Gold (APG) Sales Buyer Registration Page!

Important Changes in the Registration Process:

This year, we have implemented some updates to streamline the registration process for our upcoming sales. To ensure a smooth experience, ALL prospective buyers (including previous and online buyers) are required to fill out a Buyer Registration Form.

Please read the Online and Telephone Bidding page for further information on these types of bidding

Please ensure you read and understand the APG Terms & Conditions of Sale prior to completing your registration form.

If you are seeking credit terms, please ensure you have read Terms & Conditions of Trade prior to completing your registration form.

Upcoming Sale Dates:

  • Queensland (QLD) – Magic Millions, Gold Coast, 28th of Jan 2024. Auction starts at 1pm.

  • Victoria (VIC) – Inglis Sales Complex, Oaklands Junction, 4th Feb 2024. Auction starts at 12pm.

  • New South Wales (NSW) – Inglis Riverside Stables, Warwick Farm 25th Feb 2024. Auction starts at 12pm.

  • Western Australia (WA) – Magic Millions, Middle Swan, 3rd March 2024. Auction starts at 12pm.

  • All sales will be Live Streamed on the APG Website, the APG Facebook Page and the Online Bidding Platform (registered online bidders only)

Buyer Registration Process:

  1. Complete the Buyer Registration Form:
    • All prospective buyers for the 2024 sales must complete the following form
    • Make sure all information on the form 100% correct at time of application.
  1. Next Steps:
    • ONLINE BUYERS ONLY – you will also need to complete the Online Bidder Account Registration (Link is on Buyer Registration Form)
      Please note* Both must be completed for online bidding
    • Once you have submitted your Registration Form, one of our team members will reach out to you.
    • Depending on the information provided in the Registration Form, we may require further details from you.
    • Our team will communicate any additional requirements and assist you in completing the registration successfully.
  2. Confirmation:
    • Once you application has been reviewed by APG’s credit officer (Belinda Richardson) & approved by the APG Board you will receive an email to the address listed in the application with confirmation of your registration, credit amount (if applied for) and Agent Authorisation (if applied for).
    • Those that have applied and been approved for credit will also be sent ‘APG Terms of Trade’. This must be filled out, signed and returned to APG to confirm your acceptance of the account.
    • Once you have been confirmed, your email address will be added to our Buyers mailing list to receive the latest updates about the 2024 sales
  3. On Sale Day:
    • On-site – After receiving your final confirmation you are all ready to go for sale day. You or your authorized agent will need to check in at the sales desk on the day with proof of identification and you will be given your buyers pack.
