How To Register for APG’s 2022 Sales
To register to bid at the APG Sales, you will need to complete one, two, or three forms, depending upon your circumstances.
All buyers need to complete a Buyer Registration Form once each year. The registration form identifies you as a buyer, and acknowledges that you are aware of APG’s Terms & Conditions of Sale (as printed in APG’s sales catalogue, and incorporating any amendments published on the APG website).
Once you have completed the Buyer Registration Form, you are not required to complete any further forms if you intend to attend the sales in person, and either:
- You do not require any credit terms (because you intend to pay for any purchases by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer on sales day); or
- You have previously completed a Trading Account application with APG establishing a credit limit for your account
However, if you are not in a position to pay for your purchases on sales day and you have not previously completed an APG Trading Account Application Form and been granted a credit limit, then you will need to complete a Trading Account Application Form and submit it to Belinda Richardson for approval.
Finally, if you are unable to attend the sale in person and wish to appoint a trainer or colleague to bid on your behalf (and bill yearlings directly to your account) then you will be required to complete an Agent Authorisation Form, which will authorise APG to pass your Bidder card directly to your agent for use on sales day.
