It has come to the attention of Australian Pacing Gold (APG) that Mr Dean Baring may have been in contact with harness racing participants associated with APG in relation to his recent dispersal sale.
APG wishes to reiterate previous advice to the Harness Racing Industry in March 2023 and restate that Mr. Dean Baring and Traxion Management Services Pty Ltd have not been employed by or associated in anyway with APG since March 2023.
Mr Baring holds no position within APG, has no authority to act on behalf of APG and is not involved and will not be involved in the future in any decision-making processes related to APG operations.
APG wishes to make it unequivocally clear that Mr. Baring was not granted access to, nor permitted to use, the APG database. If he has done so, it was entirely without APG consent.
APG is currently in consultation with its legal counsel regarding this matter to determine what further action APG may take in relation to this matter.
If you have received any communication from Mr. Baring, Traxion Management Services Pty Ltd or another person or body on the behalf of Mr Baring – whether by text, email, phone call, or message – and are willing to share the details, we kindly ask that you contact us directly or forward the correspondence so it may be reviewed by our legal advisers.
We sincerely regret any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused.
For the avoidance of doubt, APG wishes to reiterate categorically that Traxion Management Services P/L and/or Mr Dean Baring have no connection with APG – now or in the future.
